One Pot Campfire Meal
A traditional Girl Scout camping meal that your family can enjoy.
Select one from each column. First cook the meat in the pot, then add other items in the order of cooking time. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings. Feeds around 8 people.
2 pounds hamburger
1 - 1 1/2 pounds ham cut in 1 inch cubes
2 pounds chicken cut in pieces
1 or 2 hot dogs per person cut in pieces
2 cups rice with 4 cups water
12-16 oz noodles
chow mein noodles added after cooking
12-16 oz spaghetti
1 can or box of frozen:
2 cans of:
cream of anything
Add water to give you the desired consistency.
