Free Printable Halloween Pumpkin Carving Pattern 1

Happy Face Pumpkin Carving Patterns to Print Out

You are here:
Holiday Central > Halloween > Halloween Pumpkin Carving Patterns > Halloween Pumpkin Carving Pattern 1 - Happy Face

Have the coolest jackolantern on your block this Halloween with this free printable happy face Halloween pumpkin carving pattern.

Download the black and white Adobe Acrobat pdf file and print. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat installed you can download it for free.

Cut a hole at the top of your pumpkin and remove the inside seeds. Scrape the inner pulp to approximately 1 inch thick.

Attach the pattern to your pumpkin with tape. If the pattern is too large or small for your pumpkin, copy it on a copier and reduce or enlarge it to fit.

Transfer the design by using a poker and poke along the lines of the pumpkin carving pattern every 1/8 to 1/4 inch.

Use a sharp knife or special pumpkin carving saw to cut along your poke holes.

If you are going to use a candle to light your pumpkin, cut a small hole all the way thru on your pumpkin lid to act as a chimney on your jackolantern. Be very careful as to where you put your pumpkin to display if you are going to use a candle. If you place it on your porch and kids have to walk by, their costumes may brush up against it and catch fire.

Download the black and white pdf file.
