The best part of Halloween is decorating your house for Halloween! Here are some ideas for some really fun Halloween decorations that are easy to make. Anita LaForte and John S. Onofrey in Walden NY have some great ideas on decorating for Halloween. They have decorated their beautiful Victorian house every year since they have owned it. They have won contests sponsored by their local newspaper and Anita has graciously allowed me to share some of their ideas with you. Although they have the perfect type of house for Halloween, many of the ideas can be used on your house for Halloween.

Anita and John do not leave any spot undecorated and the house looks great during the day but they use a lot of lighting - from spotlights to special Halloween lights and store-bought displays, they make sure their decorations can be seen at night.
